Wind Sweepers Sculpture The Wind Sweepers, conceived by artist Peter Richards, are installed in Aberdeen Washington. Wind passing along the paddles brings the sculpture into movement. LEI was involved in the design and FEA of the bearings and structure to enable the sculpture to withstand the loads of and movement of the 70 foot paddles.
